Issue with HOA Payments

Important Update:We'd like to clarify that this issue applies ONLY to those owners who are signed up for MONTHLY deductions, not quarterly. Our apologies for the confusion; our message should have been clearer.Additionally, in April 2025, all affected accounts will see a withdrawal of $77.17 to account for the overpayment in December 2024. Everything will return to normal in May 2025. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

HOA Assessments

Good Morning, Stafford Lakes Residents, And happy new year!   This is a reminder that your dues are... due. Quarterly assessments of $238.44 were due on January 1st. Please pay **no later than January 10** to avoid late fees.   If special circumstances prevent you from making your payment online and via postal mail on time, you are welcome to drop your check or money order in person at the clubhouse office before the aforementioned deadline. Cash is not an accepted form of payment.   Please do not place your payment in the white mailbox; it must be **hand delivered** to the office staff. An email confirming receipt will be sent to you on the day of receipt so it may be registered that your payment is not late.   Thank you to everyone who has already paid their dues and thank you in advance to those who will. We appreciate you!

Dear Community,     It is understandable that a homeowner may feel upset or frustrated regarding the receipt of a "Friendly Reminder" or "Violation" letter, or otherwise feel they are not being heard by the management company or office staff. However it is never okay to speak to the office administrator(s) in a manner that is derogatory. It is certainly not acceptable to yell, imply or outright make threatening comments regarding their safety, or otherwise engage in abusive behavior. Similarly, abuse of volunteers giving their time on behalf of Stafford Lakes will not be tolerated.   Should you feel you have not received appropriate service from the office administrator(s) or the management company for Stafford Lakes Community Association, Associa Group, you are welcome to reach out to the Board of Directors.
